                                                                             My working life has spanned over  40 years in the Catering industry within the Newmarket area. During this time I have worked in and managed a variety of food and hospitality services as well as completing a Degree in Hospitality Management.
My experience has ranged from cooking to serving to hosting  in and for various events and occasions all differing in size and need, these have diversified from birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and funerals to  various corporate and sporting events,  ranging from in house service to outside events of a 100 +

All Certification is up to date,   This incudes Covid-19 awareness, Allergen Awareness,  and  Food Hygiene level 3.  I have attained and maintain 5 stars when inspected by the Environmental Health team
